As a matter of simple logic, we may conclude that YHWH hates polygamy. This is a simple matter of deductive reasoning.
1. YHWH hates divorce (Malachi 2:16)
2. YHWH hates divorce because divorce violates the principle that two become one. (Matt. 19:3-8)
3. Polygamy violates the principle that two become one.
4. Therefore YHWH hates polygamy.
Stated as a logical proposition:
IF YHWH hates divorce, AND IF YHWH hates divorce because divorce violates the principle that two become one AND IF Polygamy violates the principle that two become one THEN YHWH hates polygamy.
Each premise is an axiom (an axiom is a premise so evident as to be accepted as true without controversy) because each premise is drawn from Scripture. The reasoning is valid and the logic is sound, therefore as a matter of deductive logic, the conclusion must be true.
That is not an assumption or feeling, it is pure deductive logic.
